We don’t do things by halves at William Grant & Sons, so we have added four more bars to our Australian showcase trip to Tales of the Cocktail bringing the total to 10. We like to push the envelope a bit and when it comes to showing off the talent of Australia we wanted to go the extra mile. Adding to the original six bars we have chosen another four to compliment and show the world the quality of Australian Hospitality.
“This month at Tales of the Cocktail we will be hosting all ten bars and taking over the famous William Grant & Sons Portfolio party. Each bar has teamed up with one of our brands to create a new experience for the world of cocktail lovers.”
The point of this trip is to show the world how Australia is absolutely at the top of the ladder for drinks and hospitality. We are so far away that many people don’t get to experience the amazing talent around the country so we have decided to take that talent to them.
This month at Tales of the Cocktail, the world’s leading cocktail conference, we will be hosting all ten bars and taking over the famous William Grant & Sons Portfolio party. Each bar has teamed up with one of our brands to create a new experience for the world of cocktail lovers.

It was an incredibly hard job for Wee James and myself to select the bars, there are so many we love and admire around the country. We wish we could take all of you at once. For some of you who may be disappointed you’re not on this trip I would just ask for your support and patience because we are hoping we can make this a more regular thing. Showcasing Australia to the world more often. So, if all goes to plan there will hopefully be more opportunities in the future and your support of these bars this year will go a long way.
