Gold Coast agave producer Beudi has launched a new cocktail book showcasing Australian ingredients, native flavours and local-inspired drinks built around its Australian-distilled agave spirits.
Beudi Cocktail Book: Discover Australia in 30 Cocktails, released on 15 July, features 30 original recipes created by Beudi co-founder Jack Connor, who also owns the award-winning Rosella’s Bar in Burleigh Heads.
The collection is designed for both hospitality professionals and home cocktail enthusiasts, with recipes ranging from simple mixed drinks to more advanced serves. Among them are the Paperbark Paloma, the Smashed Avo Margi and a series of cocktails inspired by familiar Australian treats, including Paddle Pops and Red Frogs.
Connor said the project began as a way to document recipes before evolving into a broader showcase of the brand’s approach to Australian-distilled agave.
“This started as a way to get the recipes out of my head and into bars. Somewhere along the way, it turned into a full snapshot of what Beudi tastes like — fun, a bit nostalgic, but still serious about flavour.”
The book is divided into five chapters covering margarita variations, agave reinterpretations of classic cocktails and original creations. Every recipe includes preparation notes, build time, glassware recommendations, and standard drink information.

Photography by Jessie Prince accompanies the recipes with images of Australian landscapes, including outback scenes, native wildflowers and coastal roads, giving the publication the feel of a coffee table book as well as a practical recipe guide.
Each cocktail is based on one of Beudi’s two core spirits. Beudi Blanco is made from 100 per cent Blue Weber agave that is fermented, distilled and bottled in Australia, while Beudi Margi Spirit combines Australian-distilled agave with a house-made Sunrise Lime liqueur featuring native citrus sourced through Indigenous-owned social enterprise Bush to Bowl.
The book is available nationally for $50, while a $110 gift edition includes 200ml bottles of both Beudi Blanco and Beudi Margi Spirit.
Beudi spirits are currently stocked across the Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, Greater Brisbane and selected Sydney retailers and venues, with distribution set to expand to the Sunshine Coast and additional interstate markets.
