Sydney bartenders: Espolòn Cocktail Fights Regional Final lands at Chuck Trailer’s next week

Making its Australian debut this year, Espolòn Tequila’s Cocktail Fights heads to Sydney next Monday for the NSW Regional Final, bringing a night of fast-paced competition to Chuck Trailer’s in the CBD.

Taking place on Monday 27 July from 7pm, the event gives the first 50 bartenders through the door the chance to step into the ring and battle it out in a series of high-pressure cocktail challenges. With speed, creativity and performance all put to the test, competitors will fight for a place in the Australian National Final and keep their hopes of international glory alive.

Dubbed “The State of Discontent”, the event will see three wildcard bartenders from Wollongong, Newcastle and Sydney join the action, while the first 50 bartenders to sign up at the venue will earn the chance to battle it out in a series of high-pressure cocktail challenges. With speed, creativity and performance all put to the test, one winner will secure a place in the Espolòn Cocktail Fights Australian National Final, taking place during Sydney Bar Week this September.

The Sydney event promises plenty of action both behind and in front of the bar, with Espolòn encouraging bartenders to bring their crew and “bring the noise” as competitors go head-to-head throughout the evening. Spectators are also welcome, with RSVPs now open for anyone wanting to catch the action.
