Sydney Bar Week 2026 is fast approaching, and with the full timetable now live, we’re breaking down one event each day in the lead-up to five huge days of takeovers, masterclasses, parties, tastings and activations across the city.
Kicking things off on Saturday, 12 September, 55 North at Cibaria Manly is bringing a taste of the Mediterranean to the beachfront with The Cibaria Beach Club.
Running from 2pm–4pm, the venue will transform into a Mediterranean-inspired beach club for the afternoon, with bespoke cocktails, booze-spiked gelato and Italian disco setting the tone.
At the centre of the event is a limited-edition cocktail menu featuring Espolòn Tequila and Licor 43, with three exclusive serves created for the occasion. The Cibaria Gelato Cart will also be rolling out a limited-edition range of cocktail-inspired flavours, alongside a menu of Cibaria favourites available throughout the afternoon.
The Cibaria Beach Club is free to attend, with capacity limited to 120 people on a first come, first served basis.
