The countdown to Sydney Bar Week 2026 continues, and today we’re heading to Newtown, where Uncanny is celebrating five years of cocktails, parties and community with a superhero-themed night powered by Amaro Montenegro.
Taking over the King Street bar during Sydney Bar Week, The Uncanny Hero Party with Montenegro will bring together cocktails, vinyl and plenty of superhero energy for a night showcasing what Uncanny does best.
Uncanny invites you into our world of pop culture, community and loving hospitality. Celebrating five years of creating unique cocktails, throwing parties and building community. We are bringing SBW a full-throttle showcase of what we do best with a super HERO party powered by the hero spirit (Montenegro).
Expect elevated flavours, undies worn proudly on the outside, vibey vinyl spinning all night, and an electric atmosphere that captures the essence of Uncanny.

Sydney Bar Week runs from 12–16 September 2026, bringing together bartenders, venues, brands and industry professionals for five days of takeovers, guest shifts, masterclasses, parties and events across Sydney.
