Sweet&Chilli is on the hunt for a Sydney-based Head of Advocacy to lead its national advocacy programming across Australia’s drinks and hospitality industry.
The senior role will oversee Sweet&Chilli’s national team of Brand Ambassadors and Spirit Specialists, with responsibility across trade education, advocacy programs, industry partnerships, incentives and major Australian and global cocktail competition programming.
The successful candidate will be expected to bring strong relationships across the on-trade, a solid understanding of the Australian drinks industry and proven experience leading teams and delivering large-scale programs.
It is a role that will combine strategy with hands-on execution, working across brands, bartenders and venues to develop programs designed to engage and support the trade nationally.
The position is based in Sydney.
