Port Cask Reserve: Finished in Portuguese tawny port casks and Virginia-made port-style wine casks, yielding deep cherry and vanilla notes.
Cider Cask Finish: Finished in French calvados, local Virginia cider, and apple brandy casks, offering bright aromas of baked apple and cinnamon.
Cabernet Cask Select: Finished in French and Californian Cabernet Sauvignon barrels, bringing forward rich red fruit flavors.
Blue Ridge Toasted Barrel: Finished in custom toasted oak barrels to highlight the wood’s natural, creamy caramel and marshmallow sweetness.
Courage & Conviction – Full Primary Maturation
Bourbon Cask: Matured entirely in first-fill Kentucky bourbon casks. It highlights bright notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and honey.
Sherry Cask: Matured in authentic Spanish Sherry casks (including Fino, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez). It offers rich, decadent profiles of tart cherry, fig, and dark spices.
Cuvée Cask: Matured in European red wine casks that have been shaved, toasted, and re-charred (STR). It features distinct flavors of blood orange, raspberry, and toasted brown sugar.
Courage & Conviction Signature Malt: The award-winning flagship expression. A masterful marriage of three distinct casks: 50% Bourbon barrels, 25% Sherry casks, and 25% Cuvée wine casks. It delivers a complex profile of caramel, butterscotch, raspberry, and cocoa.
