Sydney Bar Week 2026 kicks off on Saturday, 12 September, and next up Alessandro Nardini and Tanguy Charbonnet are joining forces behind the bar at one of Sydney’s newest venues.
From 7pm–9pm, Bar Crafts Alessandro Nardini & Tanguy Charbonnet will take over Bar Allora, bringing Italian and French influences together for a one-night guest shift focused on cocktails, technique and hospitality.
Hosted by the newest venue from the Maybe Group, the evening brings together Alessandro Nardini (Bar Crafts) and Tanguy Charbonnet (Jackalope & 2025 Bartender of the Year), combining Italian and French influences behind the bar.
From luxury hotels to acclaimed cocktail bars, both have built their careers across some of the hospitality industry’s most respected venues. Expect a service-driven guest shift showcasing European technique, creative drinks and genuine hospitality.
An evening built around great cocktails, shared ideas and the people who make this industry what it is, hosted in one of Sydney’s most exciting new bars.
