Two of Adelaide’s best-known cocktail bars are heading to Sydney for a one-off takeover at Disco Pantera during Sydney Bar Week, presented by Never Never.
Running from 3pm to 5pm on Tuesday 15 September, the event will bring together Latteria co-founder and operator Luca Baio and Maybe Mae owner and operator Nick Corletto, giving Sydney drinkers a taste of two venues that have helped put South Australia firmly on the national cocktail map.
Taking over Disco Pantera on Young Street, the pair will each bring signature serves from their respective bars, with the afternoon centred around the flavours, ideas and personalities behind both venues.
The event will also give guests the chance to meet the people behind the drinks and get a closer look at what has made Latteria and Maybe Mae stand out in Adelaide’s bar scene.
Presented by Never Never, the takeover is set to be a strong South Australian showing in the middle of Sydney Bar Week.
