Suntory's Ultrapour team have been busily scouring Australian bars for the nation's most professional barkeeps to compete in the final of Ultrapour's Professional bartending challenge. The competition, that was last year taken out by Hemmesphere's Sébastien Derbomez, offers five finalists the chance to compete for a European bar and distillery tour valued at over 10,000 dollars.
