REYKA vodka, the wonderfully inventive spirit born of Iceland is celebrating top medal wins at this year’s Spirits Business World Vodka Masters.   Scooping the coveted Master award in the Smooth Category and a Silver medal in the Premium Category, the wins strengthen REYKA’s position as a key player in the craft vodka category.

Made in Iceland’s first vodka distillery, REYKA is handcrafted in preciously small batches to ensure each and every bottle retains the highest of quality. Born of volcanoes and glaciers, towering waterfalls of arctic spring water and some of the cleanest air in the world, the premium craft vodka boasts a smooth-taste, silky finish and distinctive flavour making it a perfectly versatile spirit for cocktails.

The Spirits Business stages the World Vodka Masters in a drive to find and reward the finest brands on the world stage. Launched in 2008, the competition is presided over by a panel of entirely independent judges and has become one of the most respected and high profile blind tasting spirits competitions in the industry.

Damien Heary, Director of Planning & Innovation at William Grant & Sons commented on the wins, “We’re delighted that REYKA is continuing to be recognised as a fantastic, premium quality  vodka. Born of Iceland, a place like no other, it has a brilliant provenance story of magnificent natural resources. Match that with the Island’s creative, resourceful and unconventional people and we have an outstanding vodka that continues to gain fans with the bartender community, media and consumers across the world.”
