Dunhill
- 30 ml Widges Gin
- 30 ml oloroso sherry
- 30 ml Mancino Vermouth Secco
- 10 ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
- 5 ml absinthe
- Rinse a rocks glass with the absinthe.
- In a mixing glass, stir down remaining ingredients.
- Strain over quality ice in the absinthe-rinsed glass.
- Garnish with a fat lemon twist.
