The Gresham in Brisbane is known for its love of all things American whiskey, but they’re lovers of drams from other countries as well. This cocktail employs some good old Irish whiskey, and looks great, too.
High Hopes
- 45 ml Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey
- 20 ml strawberry rosso vermouth (rapid infused)
- 10 ml Amaro Montenegro
- 2 dash Peychaud’s bitters
- Stir down all ingredients and strain into a snifter.
