Do you like smoky whisky? Give the Whiskey Au Go Go a go

The Gresham is known for its love of American whiskey, but they’re not afraid to play around the stuff from old Scotland, either.

For this cocktail, they take one of the world’s singular whiskies — the smoky, pungent Laphroaig from Islay — and pair it with some apricot brandy, cream sherry, and lemon juice for a flavoursome take on the Whisky Sour.
