Mango-colada by Shay Chamberlain
- 50 ml BACARDI Spiced
- 1 large mango cheek (fresh is best for texture)
- 1 large scoop of coconut sorbet
- 15 ml lime juice
- 10 ml agave
- Blend with 5 cubes of ice
- Sprinkle with spice mix of 3 parts sumac to 1 part harissa
- Spice up your life!
