Uniting the delicacy of Monkey 47 gin, with some of the best drink makers around, the Wunderbar of Sophistication will bring you something extremely special.

Taking a nod from the classics, with a twist from the new world, we will take you on a delicious, immersive, escape. Step through the garden and into an entire new world, familiar to what you have known before – but somehow different to the usual.

Sloe Gin Fizz

  • 60 ml Schwarzwald Sloe Gin
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • Soda water (to top)
  1. Add all of the ingredients except the soda water to the shaker, fill with ice cubes and shake vigorously for around 15 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled fizz glass or over ice into a highball glass and top up with 20 to 30ml of soda water.
