After five epic years in De Mestre Place, in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, Burrow Bar owners Bryce McDonough and Chau Tran have announced today that their beloved bar is moving.

Bars are looking at ways they can bring in some money without punters in the venue — Chau Tran’s non-profit Hospothreads.com wants to help with that.

This drink comes by way of Burrow Bar co-owner Chau Tran, and is a result of “an obsession with savoury cocktails, dirty Martinis and Vietnamese food,” she says.
