The book I smuggled out was “Speakeasy: The Employees Only Guide to Classic Cocktails Reimagined”. When I think of the legendary bar that is EO New York it brings back memories of Sam Ng’s amazing stories of his time working there.

Featuring bartenders from some of Sydney’s top bars — Maybe Sammy, Cantina OK!, The Lobo Plantation and The Duke of Clarence among them — it’s going to be a party from 11pm through to Employees Only’s famous chicken soup at close.
The Employees Only cocktail list has a little of something for everyone, from big, New York-style drinks, to refreshing sippers.
“This our ode to Grazia Di Franco,” says Employees Only Sydney bar manager Chris Garner, “it’s just a light, summery, fun and fresh drink. A great way to start the night,” says Garner.
