If you wanted proof of the continued popularity of all things Americana, you need look no further than The Hayberry.

Located in Crows Nest, north of Sydney’s bridge, they’re doing whiskey, great beer and some damn fine hot wings. The locals appear to be loving it, too, with a packed front bar and some serious effort required to snag a perch at the big bench seats for eats.
