Here’s a little taste of Brooklyn — Bushwick, to be precise — in the heart of Sydney’s inner west.

Public House Petersham is on the site that was once home to The Newington, and is owned and operated by the Solotel group. They’ve brought in a new chef, and given the hotel a complete overhaul.

There’s graffiti as artwork, shipping containers in the courtyard and a host of inner west craft beers, as well as drops from around the world.

Wine on tap features, but lest you think that’s not Bushwick enough for you, do know that the grapes are organically farmed.
