New spirits distributor, Savant Spirits, has taken on Ransom Old Tom Gin from the United States. Ransom Old Tom was one of the first Old Toms to be released following the re-ignition of interest in classic cocktails, and now Aussie bartenders can get it more readily.
The distiller, Tad Seestedt, worked with Dave Wondrich on the recipe to create something that was historically accurate — and delicious.
