This new Aussie gin channels the blind tiger

Blind-Tiger-Gin
In the 1920’s Prohibition Era, a “Blind Tiger” was an establishment known to illegally sell alcohol. Today, well, it’s an Australian craft gin.

Made in the London Dry style, it uses handpicked organic botanicals from around the world like juniper, (for a backbone of fresh spring forest and citrus notes), coriander root to enhance the citrus characters of the juniper while imparting a subtle earthy note, and angelica root for an aromatic note of musk. Summer savory also contributes a subtle mint like peppery character.
