Lost Luau’s Piña Colada recipe

The most recent Piña Colada recipe we tasted was the one at Sydney tiki popup, Lost Luau. Below, we’ve got their recipe, and some advice from tiki man Tom Bulmer on how to make a great one.

Lost Luau’s Piña Colada recipe

  • 30 ml white rum (Use an English-style white rum if possible.)
  • 20 ml Clement Coconut
  • 40 ml pineapple juice
  • 10 ml Coco Lopez
  1. Blend through with 12oz of crushed ice.
  2. Serve in a hollowed out pineapple with umbrella and bendy straw, sparklers optional.
