With the Bar Awards going digital for 2021 we wanted to invite our finalists and venues from around Australia to make the most of this fantastic industry night of nights!
The update is that we are moving to a digital-only Bar Awards for 2021 on Tuesday, 21 September and cancelling the Sydney Bar Week event line-up for 2021.
It’s been a long wait. You, the Australian bar industry, have had your say over three months of voting (and a year’s hiatus), and now the results are in: these are the finalists for the 20th annual Bartender Magazine Australian Bar Awards.

These are the 2021 best rum bars in Australia as voted by you – the Australian bar industry. We have upped the number of finalists for most categories this year to 12, to take account of the fact that we missed a year in 2020.

after much discussion and consultation with both drinks suppliers and bars, we have decided to cancel Sydney Bar Week for 2020 and return stronger than ever in 2021.
