These here are Asia’s 50 Best Bars

The Twitterverse was abuzz last week when Drinks International  announced Asia’s 50 Best Bars. For this list Australia was not considered part of Asia — sometimes we are, sometimes we aren’t. Anyhoo, this list follows on from the success of The World’s 50 Best Bars list which has been gaining in importance each year.

Let’s face it, people love lists. Particularly when they’re in them. And they also love to hate them when they’re not.

But for those of you who follow the bar scenes in the cities of our Asian neighbours, you’ll be sure to recognise some of the following names. Singapore’s 28 Hongkong Street was named the number one bar in Asia, and the list just goes to show that bars are booming all over Asia from Taipei to Tokyo, Seoul & Manila. So here goes:
