The Herbs Negroni
Ingredients
4 parts London Dry Style Gin
3 Parts Campari
1 Part Sweet Vermouth (richer style like Punt e Mes)
1 Part Sweet Vermouth (fruitier style like Rosso Antico)
Method
Stir down on Ice. Pour over nice clear ice.
Express some Orange and Lemon Peel over the top.
Garnish with Orange Slice and Olive.
