Accor launches Table For, new in-house F&B group

Accor has announced the launch of Table For, a dedicated in-house food and beverage group designed to redefine hotel dining across Australia and New Zealand. The first venue under the new group, Flaminia, will open this summer at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, with further concepts to follow.

With a portfolio of more than 440 restaurants, bars and cafés in the Pacific, Table For will focus on developing new hospitality concepts and reimagining existing venues. The group brings together experts in culinary, operations, design, and guest experience, with collaborators including Stefano Catino and Vince Lombardo of The Maybe Group, and hospitality marketing agency Example.

We’ve always believed that great bars are more than just places to have a drink – they’re experiences that connect people, spark conversation, and leave a lasting impression. We can’t wait to bring our creativity, expertise, and love for hospitality to life within the group, working hand in hand to develop venues that not only delight guests but also set new benchmarks for innovation in the industry,” said Catino and Lombardo.

“We are redefining what it means to dine in a hotel, treating our restaurants and bars as standalone heroes that locals and travellers actively seek out. Through Table For, we’re reimagining existing venues, developing new concepts, and delivering experiences that guests and locals will enjoy and remember,” said Adrian Williams, Chief Operating Officer at Accor Pacific.

Table For is led by Ben Creek, supported by senior leaders Chris O’Connor, Jenn Pride and Rosy Scatigna. Catino and Lombardo will oversee beverage innovation and bar culture across the portfolio, marking their first large-scale partnership with a global hotel group.

“Partnering with Accor on Table For is an incredible opportunity to bring our passion for world-class hospitality to a whole new stage,” said Catino and Lombardo.

Creative development is underway, with several new Sydney concepts planned to follow the launch of Flaminia later this year.
