The Lobo Plantation turns five years old this week, and all week their revisiting some of their greatest cocktailing hits — like this Wraynbu.

The Lobo Plantation’s Wraynbu

  • 30 ml Wray & Nephew Overproof
  • 30 ml Malibu
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • egg white
  • 100’s & 1000’s (to garnish rim)
  1. Rim glass with the 100’s & 1000’s.
  2. Shake all ingredients without ice and then with ice.
  3. Double strain into a rimmed coupe.
