1. Refined Mistake
- 20ml Martini Rubino
- 20ml Campari
- 20ml Ginjo Sake
- Top with Champagne Lallier Brut
- Stir the first three ingredients with ice for 15 seconds
- Strain into a balloon glass with fresh ice, top with champagne
- Garnish with lemon zest and edible flower
2. Clarence St
- 30ml Glenfiddich 12 Years Old
- 30ml Marsala Superiore Secco
- 30ml Bordiga bitter
- Stir with ice for 15 seconds and strain into a Coupette glass
- Garnish with orange zest
3. Beetroot Negroni
- 30ml Monkey 47 Gin
- 30ml beetroot-infused Campari
- 30ml Carpano Antica Formula
- Stir with ice for 15 seconds and strain into an old fashioned glass with ice
- Garnish with fresh beetroot and lemon zest
