Three Cocktails from Bar Besuto

1. Banana Milk Punch

1400ml whisky

700ml chestnut liqueur

700ml Sweet vermouth

350ml orange & mango juice

1 teaspoon citric acid

4 large ripe bananas

1500ml full cream milk

GLASS: Old Fashioned

ICE: Large rock

GARNISH: Brûléed banana segment

METHOD: 90ml built in glass, stirred down to –2 degrees

 

2. Mochi

45ml Haku vodka

15ml Dover matcha liqueur

25ml Lemon

20ml Glutinous rice syrup

GLASS: Nick & Nora

ICE: None

GARNISH: Matcha dusted glass, vanilla ice cream foam

METHOD: Shake & double strain

 

3. Dorayaki Manhattan

50ml Besuto blended whisky

15ml Besuto sweet vermouth blend

5ml Dover red bean liqueur

5ml honey

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

GLASS: Nick & Nora

ICE: None

GARNISH: Honey tuille

METHOD: Built & stirred
