
Apollo Inn launches its Night Cap menu, featuring three late-night drinks served alongside chocolate profiteroles. The menu is available from 9pm until late every evening.
Midnight Over Madeira – Henriques Madeira Boal 7yo, Flor de Caña 7yo Rum, Averna, and cream.
A rich after-dinner drink with walnut and toffee notes, finished with a Jersey milk cream float and served in a frozen glass.
Braulio Shakerato – Braulio Amaro, shaken.
A digestivo from Northern Italy, made with mountain herbs and berries, shaken over ice.
Caffé Frappé – Ketel One vodka, Fino, dulce de leche cold brew, cream, and cherry.
A shaken espresso martini-style drink with vodka, sherry, and a cherry garnish.
The profiteroles are filled with vanilla ice cream and topped with hot chocolate sauce.
Apollo Inn is located in Melbourne’s CBD and is open seven nights a week, offering classic cocktails and a curated spirits list in an intimate, late-night setting.
