Inside Bar Les Ambassadeurs’ latest cocktail menu

At one of Paris’ most iconic hotel bars, Bar Les Ambassadeurs at Hotel de Crillon has unveiled a fresh cocktail menu that leans into the flavours, rituals, and quiet nostalgia of the colder months. Set just off Place de la Concorde, the historic bar continues to evolve its drinks offering while staying anchored to the elegance that has defined the space for generations.

The bar has now unveiled the Autumn/Winter chapter of its latest menu series, A Sense of Memories. Created by bar director Arnaud Volte and his team, the collection features 15 new signature cocktails inspired by the flavours, moods, and emotions of the colder months, using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and inventive techniques.

Standout drinks include Thanksgiving, a sweet–savoury combination of Michter’s Bourbon and sweet vermouth infused with chicken skin and cranberry; Gingerbread, a warming blend of Cognac, spices and gingerbread soda, and Christmas, which layers Los Siete Misterios mezcal with Calvados, chestnut, honey, cinnamon and pear. Hot Chocolate leans fully into winter indulgence, mixing Flor de Caña 12-year-old rum with rich chocolate, spice, and a subtle hit of chipotle, with several cocktails also available in non-alcoholic form.

Designed as a sensory journey, each cocktail is accompanied by an artistic illustration, inviting guests to engage their imagination before the first sip. With A Sense of Memories, Bar Les Ambassadeurs continues to cement its reputation as one of Paris’ most distinctive hotel bars, where storytelling is just as a part of the experience as what’s in the glass.
