Teremana Terrace is now open at Martinez in Sydney’s CBD until 30 April, transforming the rooftop bar from House Made Hospitality into a Mexican-inspired tequila destination for summer.
The space has been reworked with terracotta tones, cacti and layered greenery, turning the venue into a rooftop tequila retreat overlooking Sydney Harbour. A “Share the Mana” photo wall anchors the terrace, positioning the venue as part summer bar, part tequila tasting room.
At the centre of the pop-up is Teremana Tequila, backed by Dwayne Johnson and produced in small batches in Jalisco using 100 per cent Blue Weber agave and traditional copper stills. The drinks list is built to showcase the tequila across classic and modern serves.

The margarita program leads the offering, with The People’s Margarita combining pineapple, lime and agave, and the Hot Passion built with hot honey and passionfruit for a spiced tropical profile. A crisp Paloma pairs Teremana with vanilla and pink grapefruit, while the Añejo Old Fashioned leans into darker, barrel-aged notes with cherry and cigar spice.
Beyond cocktails, guests can explore Teremana’s Blanco, Reposado and Añejo expressions through guided tastings at Martinez’s Pastis Bar. The full Teremana Terrace menu runs Monday to Friday, with DJs taking over the rooftop on Thursdays and Fridays.
