Frankie Cadillac, a Negroni Bar in Sydney’s Surry Hills, has taken a classic and given it a nostalgic twist with the PBJB – Peanut Butter Jelly Boulevardier. This creative cocktail brings together rich, nutty flavours and bright, fruity notes for a perfectly balanced sip. Bullet Rye is infused for 24 hours with Frankie’s house-made peanut butter, while fresh strawberries are used to infuse the Campari, and it’s all rounded out with their signature house-made sweet vermouth. The result? A grown-up take on a childhood favourite, served Negroni-style, the perfect way to wrap up Negroni Week.
PBJB (Peanut Butter Jelly Boulevardier)

Ingredients:
45ml Peanut Butter Rye (Bullet Rye infused for 24 hours with house made peanut butter)
30ml Campari (Campari infused with fresh strawberries)
30ml Sweet Vermouth (Frankie’s house made sweet vermouth)
Method:
Stir with ice, pour over ice cube into an old fashioned glass
Garnish with an orange wedge
