Here’s the killer stats: there’ll be more than 150 brands available to taste, from 46 suppliers, and it’s also as large a gathering of Australian distilleries as you’re likely to find — there’s 26 Australian distilleries that will be represented on the day.
One event you don’t want to miss out on is also going to be the tikiest of times, when Tiki Tom Bulmer and Burrow Bar throw a Bar Week Tiki Takeover.
Kicking off on the Monday night of Sydney Bar Week, there’ll be drinks and mini-brand activations from each of William Grant & Sons key brands headed up by their charismatic ambassador team — and there’ll be a toast to William Grant himself during the course of the night that you won’t want to miss.

The Whiskey Roadshow is your chance to take whiskies from all over the world for a spin. Whether it’s bourbons and ryes from the USA, Scottish single malts, rare Japanese whiskies or homegrown Australian belters, the Whiskey Roadshow is a journey throughout the world of this great spirit.

Featuring the Australian likes of Maidenii, the Melbourne Gin Company, and Okar, you’ll get an appreciation for how native botanicals can be employed in both food and drink.
There is a wealth of ingredients out there that are indigenous to Australia, and you’ll be able to learn more about them at this masterclass during Bar Week hosted by Adelaide Hills Distillery and Something Wild.

There’s no event quite like the Indie Spirits Tasting, and it rolls into Sydney in just five weeks time during Sydney Bar Week.
Here’s the killer stats: there’s some 150-plus brands that will be available to taste on the day at Restaurant Hubert, with some 45 exhibitors and 25 — yep, count ’em — Australian distilleries being represented on the day.
