Get a good dose of botanicals at this Australian Aperitivo event during Bar Week

Sydney Bar Week is just weeks away, and there’s some great events lined up for the first day of festivities on Saturday 16 September.

One of those events is this Australian Aperitivo event, being held down by the water at Barangaroo in vermouth-focused bar, Banksii. Featuring the Australian likes of Maidenii, the Melbourne Gin Company, and Okar, you’ll get an appreciation for how native botanicals can be employed in both food and drink.
