Big Rig Diner at Ruby Rabbit officially opened for business last week with a bumper launch party. Head chef Zachary Sykes created a fantastic sampler menu for last night’s launch which included mini Big Rig hotdogs with spicy sausage, caramelised onion, brie and tomato chilli jam. To wash it all down guests enjoyed punchy margaritas from El Jimador, Jack Daniels cocktails and Miller beer.
