To The Hilt
- 45 ml The West Winds Gin The Sabre
- 15 ml aquavit
- 10 ml meadowsweet Noilly Prat vermouth*
- 1 barspoon caper berry brine
- Stir down all ingredients and straining a chilled coupette.
- Garnish with a caper berry.
*For the meadowsweet vermouth: Infuse 700ml Noily Prat Dry vermouth with 50g of meadowsweet, a perennial herb you can pick up from online retailers like herbcottage.com.au. Adapted from a recipe by Alissa Gabriel at Mjolner Sydney.
