15ml Lemon juice

60ml Coconut & Lime leaf water

1 dash Orange bitters

30ml Soda water

Chai Negroni:

 

30ml Bombay Sapphire

30ml Select Aperitivo

30ml Chai Infused Sweet Vermouth

 

GLASS: Old Fashioned   ICE: Big cube

GARNISH: Orange slice & snack on the side

METHOD: Stir & Strain

 

South East side:

45ml Turmeric Infused Bombay Sapphire

20ml Lime juice

20ml Pandan syrup

3 Mint leaves

 

GLASS: Nick & Nora      ICE: None

GARNISH: Pandan leaf across the glass
