If you’re looking for a post-prandial drink — and one that’s nice and stiff — you might like to sip on this one from Surly’s in Sydney.
It’s essentially a Manhattan with the whiskey subbed out and Jägermeister subbed in, and those 56 herbs and spices (take that, Colonel Sanders) from the Jäger will do quite nicely aiding the digestion.
I Wanna Be Sedated
	
	
- 45 ml Jägermeister
 - 15 ml Plantation Pineapple Rum
 - 10 ml Martini Rubino Riserva Speciale
 - 2 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
 - 10 ml agave syrup
 
- Stir down all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
 - Strain into a coupette over a good block of ice.
