Sunday 14 September
Launch Day
Start with the Campari Academy x Bar Demo Negroni Month Aperitivo Session, then head to MUCHO’s Tequila & Mezcal Festival before William Grant & Sons turn up the volume with their epic party. When the sun sets, Club Suntory’s Midori Ball brings nostalgia, neon lights, and prizes.
Monday 15 September
Competitions, Tastings & Industry Nights
The action heats up with the coveted Australian Bartender of the Year competition at Four Pillars Laboratory, Highland Park’s Taste of Orkney whisky experience, and the Bartender’s Choice masterclass. Bourbon enthusiasts can hit Bourbon, BBQ & Bluegrass, while hospitality crews battle it out at the Bat & Ball Hospo Trivia, and It’s a Rematch Beeyatch! The night wraps loud and late with Heartbreaker’s 10-Year Pop-Up at Ramblin’ Rascal.
Tuesday 16 September
Business talk, Parties & Tequila
Day three dives into industry growth with The Business of Bars forum brought to you by Australian Bartender, and featuring speakers from award winning bars and hospitality groups – followed by tequila showstoppers including the Proximo Prestige Tequila Event and the Teremana Tandem Comp & Party. Then to finish off the Tuesday, Pleasure Club will be hosting a takeover with Melbourne’s Hands Down, while Freda’s Fiesta at the Abercrombie brings margaritas and a huge disco ball.

Aperitivo & Bar Awards
Wrap up the week in true European style at Vermuteria hosted by Spirits Academy. Then it’s time for the big one – the 24th Annual Bartender Magazine Bar Awards at Doltone House. The entire industry comes together for the night of nights, celebrating Australia’s best bars, bartenders, venues and more.
