
Melbourne’s award-winning cocktail bar Byrdi has unveiled its latest seasonal menu, MOMENTUM – a drinks list designed around the flavours, textures and rituals that define winter in Australia.
The cocktails take their inspiration from familiar seasonal experiences, like the nostalgia of marshmallows toasted over an open fire, each serve has been built to capture these small but memorable moments of winter.
The Half Time Oranges, leans into childhood memories of winter sports and the Australian tradition of freshly cut oranges on the sidelines at Saturday morning football games.
Presented as a crisp highball, it brings together distilled freshly cut grass and fermented orange, finished with a neroli orange jelly segment featuring an edible skin infused with blood orange.
