This year at Sydney Bar Week, Grolsch will be running a competition to find the bartender with the most interesting, creative and engaging way to open a swingtop bottle. Creativity, flair and theatre are encouraged!

What a night it was! This year’s Bartender Magazine Australian Bar Awards capped off a terrific, and action-packed, week of festivities. This year’s winners shone in front of a room full of their peers, and their hard work rewarded by industry recognition.
Day four of Sydney BarShow Week saw another packed house down at the Hordern Pavilion. Bar professionals from all styles of venues were entertained and educated and this year’s show proved once again just how valuable a trade-only bar expo is for the development of the Australian bar scene.
