Sydney BarShow Week‘s trade-only bar expo got off to a flying start today with a packed house, fantastic seminars and a thong of Australia’s bar professionals filling the Hordern Pavilion.
The week’s festivities launched on Sunday with the Absolut Bloody Mary Revival for Survival Bartender’s Brunch and has been kicking on since with many events along the way.
