Bacardi looks forward to hosting bartenders and treating them to a night of delicious cocktails, amazing music, prizes and good times at one of Sydney’s wildest night clubs – Cliff Dive. Dan Cut Copy and Ayebatonye are booked to entertain and will be spinning the records all night.
As Sydney Bar Week kicks off, drop into the Altos Tequila Recovery Café to take some time for you. It’s the perfect opportunity to stop and take a second. Enjoy an Altos Marg, a coffee, some food, or treat yourself to a massage – all on the team at Pernod.
The competitors have 10 minutes to make and sell as many of the drinks of the set menu to your friends or the public. Your opponent is at the station next to you, trying to outsell you and beware… It’s called “Fight Night” for a reason.
Get ready for this rocking Sydney Bar Week party at one of Sydney’s wildest nightclubs – Cliff Dive. Delicious cocktails, amazing music and a great crowd – what more do you want? The boys from Rude Boy in Hobart will be joining the party and slinging rum cocktails for your enjoyment.

The Plantation Rum Cup is the bar team competition of 2022 and was open to everyone in the hospitality industry – from bartenders to chefs, bar backs and hosts – any Bar Team excelling in creating memorable experiences.

Working with our global creative director, Monica Berg, Campari Academy has released PERSPECTIVES – a series dedicated to going beyond the bar. At Sydney Bar Week we will be showing all three chapters of Episode 1: Culture & Community, followed by a panel chat with some of your favourite bar personalities.
Simply include a photo of your cocktail and the name, your sustainability story that inspired your cocktail, ingredients, method and venue you work at. Deadline is Friday, 12th August.
Get along and sample the biggest range of boutique spirits under one roof with everything from Mezcal and Pisco to Australian vermouths, whiskies and more! There will be a bottleshop running on the day, so you can stock your home bar with your favourite products.
