It’s the competition that takes the best bar backs from around the country and pits them against one another to see who is the best of them all.
At the workshop, bartenders will taste through a number of Lesley’s experiments and innovations with a number of liquids never before tasted, let alone in Australia.
One of those events is this Australian Aperitivo event, being held down by the water at Barangaroo in vermouth-focused bar, Banksii. Featuring the Australian likes of Maidenii, the Melbourne Gin Company, and Okar, you’ll get an appreciation for how native botanicals can be employed in both food and drink.
There is a wealth of ingredients out there that are indigenous to Australia, and you’ll be able to learn more about them at this masterclass during Bar Week hosted by Adelaide Hills Distillery and Something Wild.
Sydney Bar Week is less than five weeks away, and on Sunday the 17th of September, Bacardi is bringing some of Australia’s best bartenders together in a BACARDÍ Classics Softball battle of the states.
