A wine and cocktail bar first and foremost, the large, ever-evolving list of wine by the glass has been curated by Mike Bennie of P&V Merchants with cocktails curated by the Maybe Sammy legends.
The Brookvale Surf Club vision and design are headed up by industry veteran and proven good-vibes curator Keiran Bailey, the man behind iconic local Manly venues including Tropikana, Jamtown and Miss Marley’s. He has teamed up with Co-owner Roland Bleyer and the two are looking forward to sharing their new venue with the local community.

The former Penny Blue site underwent a 3-month renovation to become “Torino Aperitivo,” a vibrant Italian Aperitivo bar in Melbourne. Led by Hamish Goonetilleke of Liquid Living (pictured above), this 75-seat venture in the hidden Driver Lane brings European aperitivo traditions with a Melbourne flair.
