The Predecessor from Old Mate’s Place

Predecessor

  • 45 ml passionfruit husk whisky (sous vide)
  • 15 ml toasted sesame seed vodka (sous vide)
  • 45 ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
  • 10 ml chardonnay verjuice
  • egg white
  1. Shaken and strained over a big rock of ice.
  2. Garnished with some black sesame seeds over the ice.
