The Irish Penicillin

Irish Penicillin

  • 40 ml Black Bush
  • 10 ml Ledaig 10YO
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml ginger syrup
  • 15 ml honey syrup
  • Splash of egg white
  1. Shake all ingredients first without ice, and then again with ice.
  2. Double strain into a rocks glass over a titanic ice cube.
  3. Float Ledaig on top as garnish.
