- 40 ml Black Bush
- 10 ml Ledaig 10YO
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml ginger syrup
- 15 ml honey syrup
- Splash of egg white
- Shake all ingredients first without ice, and then again with ice.
- Double strain into a rocks glass over a titanic ice cube.
- Float Ledaig on top as garnish.
