Acclaimed Enmore martini bar, Bar Planet, has launched a new cocktail menu BFFs, created in collaboration with local producers A.P Bakery, Goldstreet Dairy, and Rooftop Bees.

The three-drink lineup uses hyper-local ingredients, sour whey, baguette syrup, and fermented hot honey. Creative Director of the MUCHO Group, Jeremy Blackmore says the new menu is cementing their place in the heart of the Inner West.

“We’re working with some of our absolute favourite producers to make some of our best drinks yet. These are the kinds of drinks you won’t be able to get at any other bar on earth,” said Blackmore.

The BFFs menu features, Buzzcut: A bitter-spicy aperitif made with Hendrick’s gin, gentian, lime, and hot honey from Carriageworks rooftop hives, fermented with chilli. Velo: A Cognac sour built with baguette syrup made from A.P Bakery’s bread, butter-washed Cognac, lemon, Pineau with a touch of salt, and Scarlet: A tart, creamy spritz combining rhubarb-infused Pinot Grigio, Bar Planet’s Infinite Spirit, and sour whey from Goldstreet Dairy.

“These are drinks you won’t find anywhere else,” said Blackmore.
